System Support Engineer
System Support Engineer - Waterloo, £25,000. A global award-winning, market-leading software company who provide products to a blue-chip international client base are seeking a System Support Engineer for their rapidly expanding London office. You will be monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, installing and configuring computer systems and diagnosing hardware and software faults while solving technical and application issues. You will providing a platinum level of IT support for internal and remote based staff either in person or over the phone and will continue to plan for future growth. A key eye for detail and the ability to communicate with clients in non-technical jargon, as well as bringing energy and passion to IT will be important within this role.
What you need to know
Required: Windows 10, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Office 365, AWS, TCP/IP, Voip
Advantageous: Certification in Windows Server/AWS/Cisco, JIRA Service Desk, Docker, SQL, Mimecast, VMware
