IT Support Engineer - 2nd/3rd Line Support - Financial Services - Windows Server - ITIL - Chatham. Break into financial services! A leading financial services company are urgently seeking an IT Support Engineer for their rapidly expanding office in Chatham. You will be responsible for providing support on complex financial system as well as resolving technical issues for internal users. You will be following ITIL practices so the successful candidate must have experience within ITIL environments or be ITIL certified.



The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for;



* Resolving technical support queries for business users
* Playing an integral part in the support of critical and non-critical system production issues
* Understanding, identifying and delivering business BAU change needs
* Communicating technical concepts to key stakeholders
* Documenting processes and producing user guides



The IT Support Engineer will have;



* Experience providing 2nd/3rd Line Support
* ITIL Certifications or experience working in ITIL environments/ITIL processes
* Windows Server experience
* SQL Server experience would be highly desirable
