Are you a confident communicator with a passion for customer service?
Our client are looking for an office-based fundraiser to join their ever-expanding team. This is a great opportunity to join a lovely and supportive team, who will provide you with a great training programme to make sure you feel ready to tackle your new role.
In this role, you will be calling existing customers to discuss the work the charity does and asking if they would like to make a donation. The role is focused on having excellent customer service skills and having a nice discussion with people.
All you need is to have worked in customer service previously in some capacity and have a great attitude!
Due to location, you do need to be able to drive or to live in Crowborough in order to get to work. The initial training will take place in office, and then would move to working from home. The job will begin on a temporary contract with the aim of it becoming a permanent role.
