The role: You will be working on our Housing First scheme which helps people who struggle to engage with typical homelessness support. It’s about moving them straight into a permanent home (instead of a homeless hostel), and then providing support for the complex issues they are facing.


Working in Dover, you will be supporting people who may have been sleeping rough for a long time. You will earn their trust, encourage them to accept help, and provide ongoing support once they have been given a Housing First home.

What you need:
- A patient and compassionate approach to supporting people who have been homeless for years and find it difficult to accept help.
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to liaise with other agencies in order to address all of your clients’ support needs.
- Good administrative skills and attention to detais
