CXK is a leading charity that empowers young people and adults to build the skills and confidence they need to move into sustainable education, employment or training. Each year we make a difference to more than 50,000 people across the south-east by delivering various programmes including our Schools Careers Service and the National Careers Service.

We are currently looking to recruit a number of enthusiastic, highly motivated, client centred individuals to join our Virtual Careers Adviser team, based either in our contact centre in Ashford or at home. We are looking for people who are confident communicating with others and who are good at explaining information and identifying customer needs. Experience of working in a contact centre/customer service environment is desirable but not essential as training will be given.

Trainees will be given the opportunity to study for the OCR Level 4 Diploma in Careers Information and Advice.
