CXK is a leading charity that empowers young people and adults to build the skills and confidence they need to move into sustainable education, employment or training. Each year we make a difference to more than 50,000 people across the south-east by delivering various programmes including our Schools Careers Service and the National Careers Service.

We are currently looking to recruit a number of Careers Advisers to deliver information, advice and guidance across various locations across Kent and Sussex, supporting individuals to maximise their potential. Primarily this role will involve working in the community but may also be required to provide cover for sickness/annual leave in our prison service.

So, if you are a qualified/part-qualified careers adviser looking for a new challenge or are looking to embark on a new career we’d love to hear from you! Trainees will be given the opportunity to study for the OCR Level 4 Diploma in Careers Information and Advice.
