We are on the hunt for a Front of House Receptionist to join a boutique hotel in the heart of Ramsgate.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving local business, where you will act as the first point of contact for guests both on the phone and face to face.

Strong experience in a similar role is key.

Our client is really looking for a commerically minded, personable individual with an understanding and passion for the local area.

In this role, You will work closely with all departments within the hotel to ensure guests feel welcome throughout their stay.

Skills you will need:
- Excellent Customer Service skills, both face to face and over the phone
-Be able to use IT programmes applicable to the job (property management software, basic Excel and Word).
-Demonstrate a strong understanding of the local area.
-Be commercially minded with regards to room bookings.
-Excellent organisational skills
