We are recruiting for exceptional Nursing Assistants who are caring and compassionate with a positive and ‘can do’ attitude, to join our friendly 15 bed ward team.You will be a vital part of the clinical team, delivering compassionate, personalised and holistic care for those living with a terminal illness, and for those important to them.

You will be flexible with a dynamic approach to work, able to communicate effectively with patients, carers, families, and care professionals in difficult situations.

You will have an NVQ level 3 in a relevant subject along with, experience of working in a health care setting with excellent communication skills.
Hospice in the Weald is based in Pembury, near Tunbridge Wells, Kent and covers 400 square miles of West Kent and East Sussex. The Hospice has an In-Patient Ward, Hospice Day Service and Hospice in the Home Service, and cares for patients with life limiting conditions such as Cancer, Heart/Kidney Failure (end stages) and Neurological conditions.
