The role:
To provide support to existing Porchlight services which are experiencing significant increases in demand due to COVID-19 lockdown. Support will be provided through telephone/virtual interventions and could include individuals who are homeless, threatened with eviction or experiencing mental health problems.
This role requires:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Experience of working one-to-one with vulnerable people
- An interest in improving services
