No Letting Go is a national inventory provider working with large letting & management agents. We have a great opportunity for a senior relationship manager to work within, and manage our national account team. The role is to ensure the smooth management and delivery of our services to all national clients via our national network.
A key function of the role will be the ability to manage the client team to deliver a high level of service, solve day to day problems, manage complaints and maintain excellent communication to the national network.
Key Functions:
• Building strong relationships with clients and network
• Identifying opportunities for additional services to existing accounts
• Visiting clients and obtaining regular feedback
• Complaint management
• Manage & motivate a small support team
• Provide monthly performance reports
• Ensure that service standards are achieved & identify improvements to procedures
Key Skills
• A great communicator both on the phone and face to face
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Good organisation and ability to work within set procedure
• Strong problem solving & system improvement skills
