Are you comfortable working closely with Sub Contractors?
Do you have experience of "fit outs" SFS and a Carpentry background? Can you complete tenders on own merit measurement, rate and building (labour,plant & materials) to be adjudicated by director on completion?.Our Client based in Kent are looking to meet with an experienced Estimator for ongoing project work. Their expertise is design and fit out and they are really busy with new and established clients.
if you are comfortable with first principle estimating and have the ability to build rates for all types of fits out then this company would like to meet with you.
