The Account Manager role is built upon problem solving and solutions focused sales. The key responsibilities include:
* Building relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering solutions
* Providing exceptional customer service and documenting communication in the CRM database
* Analysing past sales activities and utilising this to find new sales opportunities
* Liaising with internal scientists and external organisations
* Understanding market requirements and suggesting new product ideas to the scientific team
* Visiting customers and attending trade shows on occasion
This role would suit a highly organised, methodical and target driven individual. Ability to think outside of the box and solve problems is essential along with a team player mentality.
A degree in Science or Humanities is an advantage along with knowledge of Spanish, German, French or Italian.
The successful applicant will be set up to work from home and hours can be flexible.
