1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - Managed Services Provider - Gain Microsoft Certifications - Microsoft Partner - Remote Working. Candidates can be based in London or can work remotely! Candidates must have experience working for a Managed Services company.
A 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer is urgently required by a leading Managed Services Provider in London. You will have the opportunity to progress into established 2nd Line positions very quickly due to the personal development programmes that are in place with the business. The 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer will be working with professional services and financial organisations solving technical queries over the phone and via email.
The 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for;
* Solving technical queries over the phone and via email
* Ensuring issues are fully closed off and communicated to clients
* Managing multiple tickets at any one time
* Meeting SLA's including fast phone pickups, client priority tickets and billability
The 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer will have;
* Experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP) - Essential!
* Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
* Microsoft Server platforms (2008 to 2016)
* Virtualisation experience - Highly desirable
* Azure experience - Highly desirable
* Connectwise experience - Desirable
This is a fantastic opportunity for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to work for a rapidly expanding Managed Services Provider who have a clear structure in place for progression. You will be fast tracked into senior positions as well as having the chance to gain Microsoft Certifications.
