1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - IT Support - London. A leading financial services organisation are urgently seeking a 1st/2nd Line Engineer for their expanding office based in Sevenoaks. You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd Line Support to office based and remote users. The 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer will be the first point of contact for incidents, faults and a range of service requests.
The 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for;
* Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, web or via email
* Performing remote troubleshooting
* Identify and suggesting improvements to processes and procedures
* Be an IT ambassador for the business
The 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer will have;
* Experience with MS Exchange, Active Directory and Group Policies
* Experience with Cisco/Telephony Systems - Desirable
* ITIL/ISO27001 certifications, knowledge or experience is desirable
This is a fantastic opportunity for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to work for a leading software company. You will take on a lot of autonomy and responsibility in this position and the 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer will be integral to the business as they continue to grow.
