Customer Service Administrator

Mid Kent

£23k- £25k DOE


My client, based in Mid Kent is looking to recruit an experienced customer service professional to join their fast paced, busy team.

Duties will include:

* Dealing with business to business customer queries
* Liaising with various other internal teams to resolve customer queries or complaints efficiently
* Placing various order and organising returns and collections
* Having the foresight to spot and eliminate problems which may reoccur
* Making considered commercial decisions
* All round administration and customer service

The right candidate will have/ be:

* Previous customer service/sales administration experience
* Experience providing first rate communications skills, both verbal and written
* Ultra-organised and methodical
* The ability to stay calm under pressure
* A good level of education
* A flexible and adaptable attitude towards the role to ensure prioritized work is completed
* Genuine passion for customer service
* Intermediate IT skills as a minimum - all MS Office packages

This role would suit an energetic, independent and passionate customer service professional who thrives in a busy environment and loves problem solving.
