Customer Service Manager
Mid Kent
£35-40k + bonus + bens
Pearson Whiffin are currently recruiting for a well-established financial services company based in Mid Kent, who are looking for an experienced and pro-active Customer Service Manager to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties include:
* Indirect management of a team of c.15, direct management of 3 team leaders
* Monitoring processes, procedures and performance across the board
* Offering ideas and implementing; improving efficiency
* Managing rotas
* Strategic planning
* Resource management - proactively
* Attending catch up meetings with SLT
* Updating CRM system with accurate information
* Dealing with escalated enquiries
* Liaise with other departments to ensure query is dealt with in full.
* Attend meetings with higher management to ensure reoccurring issues are monitored and dealt with effectively
The successful candidate will have/be:
* Previous customer service management experience froma contact or call centre is essential, ideally from an FS background
* Proven experience in planning, resource management and performance management
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collate data and report on findings
* First rate interpersonal skills
* A positive, proactive outlook
* The ability to stay calm under pressure
* Super organised and methodical
* The ability to lead, motivate and inspire!
* A genuine passion for customer service
