Maintenance Engineer
Maintenance Engineer - £34,000 - Crawley. My client, a large and expanding healthcare manufacturing company based in Crawley, are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join a team whose responsibilities include the performance and safety of all manufacturing equipment in line with company KPI's and strategic projects. You will be required to adhere to the companies Health and Safety policy at all times while operating and promoting the development of quality standards and procedures. You will have responsibility and accountability for all aspects of machine performance and safety, while planning the completion and delivery of effective maintenance on all plant and facility equipment. You will have the ability to set and operate equipment and will have active involvement within performance-focused groups as required, including completion of allocated actions. You will be ensuring availability of good quality tooling on every machine and process, as well as the availability of relevant spares for every machine and process. You will need to provide effective communication via Engineering logs, shift handovers and direct interaction with the manufacturing teams.
As a Maintenance Engineer with this company you will earn a basic salary of between £28,000 - £34,000 depending on experience.
