The UK’s leading marketing agency for the built environment is looking for a confident, creative and organised PPC & SEO Executive to join their award-winning team of marketing professionals.
You will report in to Fabrick’s Head of Digital Content, however the role will be stand alone in terms of owning SEO and PPC for client activity. Part of the role will to also support the social media team in terms of content creation, scheduling and reporting.
It is essential you have a strong understanding and track record of business to business marketing and an in depth understanding of both paid and organic search. You will need to have the ability to deliver presentations and be customer-orientated, a good team player, have a can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure on multiple accounts. Agency experience is desirable.
Job Requirements:
• You will be the main point of contact for client PPC and SEO strategies so you will be responsible for managing and improving our clients PPC and SEO presence
• Developing, contributing & actioning of strategic search plans and actions in line with client KPIs
• Optimising copy and landing pages for SEO, working with clients to help develop these
• Recommending amends to website, content, links and other factors to improve SEO positions for relevant keywords for clients
• Carrying out technical audits on client websites
• Generating updates and reports regarding strategy progress to Directors and clients
• Developing new ideas and potential areas of growth and discuss with the clients and both client and Fabrick directors
• Analysing and tracking campaigns; always checking how the digital marketing strategy is performing against expectation
• Providing competitor and gap analysis and identify potential high value opportunities
• Providing insight into latest industry developments and constantly being at the forefront of new techniques, tactics and platforms
• Supporting the social media team when required
You will need to demonstrate:
• Proven SEO experience using SEO tools
• Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns and advanced knowledge of Google AdWords
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools including Google Analytics and Google Search Console, to monitor performance
• Advanced knowledge of convert rate optimisation
• Experience with bid management tools
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints
• In-depth experience in link acquisition including knowledge of outreach campaigns
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
• Ability to solely manage monthly and yearly budgets for multiple clients
• Communication, organisation and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be in direction communication with clients and the wider
