Our client is a locally based charity and work within the broadcasting sector. They have a 'Prosecco Friday' every other week and once a month they have a full buffet spread for the team. They are very focused on supporting and developing their team.

The role will involve ensuring that customers who are already supporting the charity in some form or who have expressed an interest in doing so, receive the highest level of customer service. The calls will involve having a conversation with these supporters about the work the charity does, and uphold high customer service standards.

The role will start on a temp contract with the aim of becoming a permanent role, with an amazing salary of £19500! They are based in Crowborough, and due to transport links it would be ideal to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
