Collections Consultant - Maidstone - £11.00 per hour
Our client, a leading law practice based in Maidstone, are looking for an additional member to join their team!
Ideally, the successful applicant for this Collections Consultant role will have previous experience in a similar role.
This role involves telephoning and interviewing borrowers regarding queries and problems with their mortgage, assisting with the completion/provision of income & expenditure forms, arranging payment schedules and agreeing arrangements for clearance of arrears.
Duties will include, but are not limited to -
* Respond to all enquiries
* Collecting payments
* Assess borrowers circumstances
* Dealing with telephone queries from clients, solicitors and any other third parties
* Ensure own compliance with the TCF policy
