Required for a very busy, growing wholefoods producer and distributor. You will be primarily responsible for the mixing and packing of ambient food products, working to the Company’s production targets whilst meeting food quality and safety standards. You may also be required to handle other areas of the operations.
As part of a small team you will work alongside an experienced member of staff. You will need to be fit, hard-working and operate with precision and care. Full training will be given in the form of the Company’s Quality Policy and on the job training. A forklift license and basic food hygiene qualifications would be useful but not essential.
Hours are 9:00am – 17:00pm, Wednesday to Friday and one full weekend day, times of which are to be arranged. There may be the possibility of overtime. To reassure candidates we are a SALSA accredited business with fully approved COVID-19 protocols.
This is a temporary position until 23rd December 2020, but may become permanent after that. The rate of pay for this role is £8.75 per hour.
