Are you a graduate of Psychology looking to take your first steps into a new, exciting role in education? Supply Desk is currently looking for enthusiastic graduates of Psychology to provide support and unqualified teaching roles within primary, secondary and SEN schools. If you are a motivated and engaging graduate dedicated to inspiring a new generation of students, we’d love to hear from you.

The role:

• Working as a Cover Supervisor within secondary schools covering a range of subjects or as a Teaching Assistant working across primary, secondary and SEN schools.
• Effectively manage the classroom environment to ensure pupils are on task
• Working on a 1-1 basis with a student or with small groups
• Engage the pupils in the work they are undertaking
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment is maintained

The successful applicant will need:

• To have a Degree in Psychology
• To have strong interpersonal & communication skills
• To be able to engage and inspire your students
• To have a genuine passion & enthusiasm for Psychology
• To hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS
