Our established client is currently looking to take on a new member of staff to cover maternity in their busy Sales Admin office. The company are operating with strict measures during this difficult time and will ensure social distancing during the training for this new member of staff as well as other measures that are currently in place.
The role will be responsible for managing customer orders through the process, liaising with Sales, working with planning, production and Transport to ensure that the customer order is progressed smoothly.
You will have a back ground in administration, with an exemplary level of customer service and communication skills. You should be able to give examples of where you have been a measured problem solver and worked within a role where accuracy and an eye for detail was key.
Experience of working on previous CRM systems, confidence in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and data entry is essential.
The role is full time for up to six months with an immediate start. Working days are Monday to Friday - 08.00 to 16.30 or 08.30 to 17.00, 29 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays, pension and other perks.
