We are working with our client based in the Medway Towns area to secure applications from an experienced Construction biased Accounts Assistant.
This role is fast paced and filled with variety - so would suit a self confident and self-motivated individual who can multitask and meet the deadlines required from this role.
Experience in using the Full MS suite including advanced Excel and knowledge of Sage Accounting suite to facilitate the accounting element of this role.
Providing admin support to the business and completing a range of duties for the accounting manager, these will include: Sales invoicing, updating all ledgers, CIS payments (experience of this is essential) Running Reports, Debt Management, VAT Returns, Reconciliation of ledgers, bank accounts, Credit Cards and Cash flow reports to name a few.
You will be an enthusiastic and confident individual who can demonstrate a similar level of prior experience and who is seeking a new full time challenge with a successful and growing professional business.
Due to the location of the office you MUST be a car owner driver to travel to the office on a daily basis.
