URGENT NEW PERMANENT ROLE.
We need an experienced, client facing IT Services Manager / Service Delivery Manager to join our clients IT team base in West Malling.
You need to be level headed, dilligent, able to prioritise, talk technically comfortable liaising at Board Level as well as with end users.
The role is to deliver supreme IT services to internal and external customers, working with change management teams, incident management and MI service reviews.
Previously / current / recent experience in IT service management / SDM essential as the need is for someone up and running rather than up and coming.
Permanent position only, you will join an established IT team in a highly regulated business sector.
