The business operates proactively and due to growth and expansion are offering an opportunity for a career with progression and growth. They offer increasing responsibility and progression within the business, whilst retaining access to support and development and additional training, both internally and externally.

The role is a start to finish claims investigation role, finding where liability falls within a claim report, building a relationship with the policy holder and ensuring empathy is demonstrated throughout all conversations. Enjoy a huge amount of variety within the role, liaising with a multitude of external and internal stakeholders, whilst building up a report to finalise the payout for policy holders.

Claims investigations involve a huge amount of process, challenge and often pressure. You will need to be able to cope well under pressure, also in quieter periods and handle a multitude of activities on a daily basis.

Customer service based experience, in either a call-centre or office setting is important so you can hit the ground running. Insurance experience will be desirable to give you a head start in the most senior role.
