We're looking for an exceptional Regional Delivery Director - South based at our Croydon office on a permanent basis.

We're looking to recruit a dynamic and professional Regional Delivery Director to ensure the team plays its role in delivering 50,000 new homes in 10 years in accordance with the business plans. You'll manage a team to deliver multiple projects within current development programmes or those in the pipeline. You'll work with multiple teams across the business to ensure that consultation and objectives are effectively managed to achieve timely delivery and high quality new homes.

You'll build and develop relationships with Developers, House builders, Contractors, and Consultants, including Architects, Engineers, Clerk of Works and other specialists as required and manage the delivery of the build programme. Ensuring this is delivered to timescale, budget and the required quality standard; and liaise with the Sales Team to ensure sales targets are achieved.

The role is key to the Development and the Construction process and is critical in the success of our development ambitions. The candidate will have extensive property experience within housing development and thorough knowledge of the development and delivery process. Extensive knowledge and experience in the construction and house building environment are essential for this role along with Commercial acumen and interpersonal skills, as well as being a team player.
