We are forward thinking business based in Rainham, Kent. We have created a new Sales Manager role to rapidly increase sales of our existing products along with new range of sanitation products we have developed. Being that there is a huge opening in the market for these products currently, and that ours are unique and specialist, the potential sales for them is HUGE!
You will need to be highly motivated, hungry for commission, and be able to motivate the existing team to lead and manage them, thereby increasing the overall sales rapidly.
You will have assistance from the directors and will be in a team environment. We are a medium sized, family owned company, that has been trading for 45 years. You will need to enjoy a bit of fun to fit into the culture too.
The Role
If you are an ambitious Sales Manager with experience of managing a team with excellent leadership skills then this role will be perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the existing sales teams and providing motivation and leadership
- Ensure the sales targets are achieved for the overall team
- Assisting the directors in creating and implementing a successful sales strategy
- Helping the team in promoting new products and any special offers at all opportunities
- Meeting the clients, conducting presentations and agreeing contracts
- Assisting the team in promoting the sale of a variety of products to B2B clients
- Managing existing key client accounts and developing successful relationships
Skills and Experience:
· 10 years sales experience
· Leadership and managing a sales team
· Excellent motivator
· A structured sales approach
· Experience in closing deals in a B2B environment
· Experience working directly with customers
· A good knowledge of email marketing and how to be successful through digital channels would be useful
· Good knowledge of LinkedIn, for communication and posts, for marketing
· Experience of covering a large territory effectively and building a dynamic pipeline
· A consultative style and the ability to become a trusted advisor and secure the sale
· Attention to detail, highly organised and work well with others
· Good presentation and client management skills
Excellent commission structure with high expected earnings for the right candidate.
