Reed Accountancy are currently supporting our client based in Faversham with the recruitment of a part time temporary to permanent accounts assistant to add to their growing team (21 hours a week).
This new opportunity would suit a candidate who is available immediately for temporary work and able to show the competences with the below duties:
• Inputting Purchase Invoices
• Generating Sales Invoices
• Processing various payments include BAC’s, Cheques and credit cards
• Chasing for outstanding debt
• Processing Petty Cash
• Checking and processing of Expenses
• Scanning of Financial Documents
• Bank Reconciliations
• Daily banking duties
