About the role
The position is for a Sales Manager role within Vital Parts Ltd. This senior level individual will be responsible for building a global sales team, driving business development and utilising existing sales opportunities. Working within the Senior Management you will be a key figure to help push this fledgling company towards its ambitious projections into the future.
The right candidate will be extremely driven, have both high initiative and entrepreneurial characteristics. You will be allocated a budget to help build a sales team around you and be responsible for the success of your future team. Reporting to the Managing Director who has a highly ambitious growth plan for the company you will create the right culture and foundations to scale quickly whilst maintaining profitability.
What you need
- Minimum 5 years Sales Management Experience.
- Demonstrate ability to meet and exceed high growth targets.
- Ideally Experience within the moulding industry, components, rubber or plastic industry or distribution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Must possess extremely strong business acumen and problem solving skills.
- Must be an ambitious individual who can take the Managing Directors vision for the company and help achieve it.
- Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
