Reed Accountancy are currently supporting our client based on the outskirts of Rochester who is actively looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant for an ongoing temporary assignment which will lead to a permanent position. The ideal candidate would need to be able to show experience with the following duties:
Duties:
• Matching, batching and coding sales ledger invoices
• Matching, batching and coding purchase ledger invoices
• Updating customer accounts
• Photocopy and file all accounts information
• Upload invoices to customer accounts
• Chase internal clients for invoice information
If you are able to start immediately and are able to show the relevant experience obtained from a similar role then please apply.
