Reed Accountancy are delighted to be recruiting for a Legal Cashier for our client a well-established Legal firm based in Canterbury.
The ideal candidate would be looking for part time work and would need to be able to show the relevant experience obtained from a similar role with the below duties:
The duties:
• Posting all client & office receipts for e.g. bank receipts, cheques, cash and credit/debit cards to the accounts system
• Payments to Clients via BACS and cheque as well as reconciliation of all Client account ledgers
• Purchase ledger
• Bank reconciliations
• Monthly billing, reconciling and posting of all invoices
• Maintain and create spreadsheets, excellent understanding and working knowledge of Excel
If you are able to show the relevant experience obtained from a similar role in the legal sector then please apply!
