A successful and ever growing exciting organisation based in Kent are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator for an immediate start on a temporary contract.

Your new role

Working within the Customer Service team your duty will be to speak with Customers to ensure quality standards have been met. You will be asked to report back to management on patterns of any areas for concern and on successful campaigns. You may at times have to handle difficult conversations and complaints whilst always providing excellent customer service to get the best resolution for the customer. Your overall goal is to follow the ethos of the company in always putting the customer first and getting them the best outcome possible.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday on a temporary basis.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role the client is looking for bright, enthusiastic and positive individuals who want to make a real difference for the customer. You will need to be empathetic and understanding along with a business mind to get the best deal and outcome for the customer. You must be able to demonstrate a solid working history of providing excellent customer service and be confident in dealing with difficult conversations and handle complaints. You will also require excellent attention to detail and a good level of IT literacy able to operate multiple CRM systems at once and spreadsheet management.
