We are currently looking for a number of reliable people to work as finishing assistants for our client located in Sittingbourne. You will be required to take ready-made meals and check their presentation, making any necessary changes to ensure all products are presented at a high standard.
You will be:
* Ensuring all meals are dished up to the required standard.
* Gaining a good understanding of the ingredients and products and bringing any concerns or inconsistencies to the team leader.
* Working with your team to help transition between finishing one batch and starting the next. This includes cleaning down and setting up.
* Supporting other members of the team, developing good working relationships
Experience is not required, however reliability is necessary as this is a permanent position.
You will be working Monday to Friday at a rate of £8.30 per hour with the incentive to increase after 12 weeks. Shift times will alternate weekly between a 6:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 shift.
