Our client based in Maidstone Town Centre are currently looking to recruit for a customer service advisor to join their busy team. Once training has been completed there will be a chance to work from home.
Duties will include
- Handling high volume inbound calls from members of the public and processing their queries
- Ensuring all calls are logged effectively on the systems
- Handling complaints in a calm and professional manner
Hours are Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm with an hour for lunch. This is a great opportunity to join a great company who can offer you fantastic career opportunities.
