My client, a Managed Service Provider, are looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer / Senior IT Support Engineer to join the Whitstable based team. You will be working within an established team of professionals who will all have a similar skill set and background to yourself, so you will be able to interact with likeminded individuals on a daily basis.

You will be tasked with being a hands on Team Leader, so you will be responsible for over seeing the team as well as being a hands on engineer.

In applying for this role, you will have experience in working within a managed service provider, good at problem solving, great customer service skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment, be a confident/strong decision maker and be confident with dealing with all work clearly and efficiently.

Key Requirements:

* Experience in working for a Managed Service Provider (Essential)

* Confident in leading a team

* Experience in Key Technologies:

* Active Dicretory, DNS, DHCP and Exchange

* VMWare / Hyper-V

* San / NAS Storage

* Office 365

* Office 2003 - 2016

* Windows Server 2003 onwards

* Back up technologies

* Remote Working technologies

* Networking Technologies

* Ideally hold a CCNA or CompTIA + Qualification or similar

As a Senior IT Support Engineer working with this company, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £30,000- £40,000 depending on the level of experience and role. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business that you can progress within.
