Confident chefs required to work in local hotels, pubs and venues for the Spring/Summer Season to join our team of reliable and professional chefs.
Must have :
* Experience in cooking to specification
* Ability to work under pressure in a team or brigade to meet service deadlines.(essential)
* Ability to plate dishes in a fine dining restaurant would be an advantage. (Disirable)
* Clean PPE, Knives and Safety Shoes (essential)
* Own transport as our clients are often not on public transport routes.
