Venrec are pleased to be recruiting for a Bookkeeper to join our client’s successful business based in Maidstone
The role entails;
• Preparing VAT returns
• Posting sales invoice and purchase invoices to nominal codes on Sage
• Bank reconciliation on Sage
• Client invoicing and fee queries
• Dealing with all aspects of the firms direct debit system for collecting fees from its clients
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience;
• Experience using Sage software is essential
• Good communication skills and a friendly approach with clients
• Attention to detail and time management
The salary for this role is up to £20,000 but is flexible for the right candidate
