The Opportunity
Leading a growing team of developers, you will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership to a team of varying level development professionals. Handling a series of 20+ projects at any given time which can be 2-3-week delivery cycles to yearly retained projects, you will be able to govern with structure whilst maintaining a flexible and dynamic environment that is a fun place to grow and learn.
The need to know
You should be able to demonstrate some of the following -
1.Recent experience leading an established development function
2.Proven knowledge working with agile led delivery
3.Exposure to dynamic and fast pace environment
4.Knowledge of project management tools
5.Experience of managing applications in production
6.AWS certified
