Projects Support Coordinator- North Kent
Key responsibilities-
* Working together with the External Specification team to support sales and development plans.
* Pipelining and project support achieved through day to day project management of approximately 400+ projects. Managing a diary of outgoing project calls, plus incoming calls and emails from customers
* Building and maintaining accurate list of anticipated future orders and achieving team KPI's
* Conversion of quote to order supporting external sales buddy by building excellent relationships with all projects partners and effectively tracking and challenging at all stages of the specification wheel
The successful candidate will possess-
* A flexible approach, willing to go the extra mile to ensure that customers receive excellent customer service and internal targets are achieved
* Excellent communication, project management and co-ordination skills
* To be resilient and determined with excellent attention to detail
* The ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
* Fast-paced and enthusiastic
