HR Business Partner

£40k - £45k DOE + Benefits

An exciting new position has become available for a HR Business Partner to join a successful client based in West Kent!

You will be responsible for delivering a high performing HR service to the group, covering numerous locations therefore travel is required.

Duties:

* Review and propose improvements to existing HR policies and procedures
* Provide advice and support to Management team for all HR matters including absence, conduct and capability, grievance and disciplinary and a broad range of employee relations activities
* Support, coach and build the capability of the Management team, providing feedback and constructively challenging inappropriate behaviours and actions
* Promote Development and Training to support a high performing team model
* Manage the monthly payroll process including timesheets review, overtime and adjustments calculations and payment processing. Review and propose improvements to payroll process and ongoing leadership of this activity.
* To support recruitment processes, monitor probation periods and conduct exit interviews
* when necessary

Requirements:

* MCIPD Preferable
* Previous HR Generalist experience
* Experience with managing a HR Function
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent IT skills (Microsoft, HRIS)
* Have a proactive, problem-solving mind-set
* Confident and engaging approach

The role requires travel to a number of sites across the UK therefore a Full UK Driving License is essential
