HR Administrator

£20,000 - £22,000 DOE
3 Month Temporary Contract
Fantastic opportunity for a strong HR administrator with an interest in HR & recruitment to join my client based in Sevenoaks on a full time 3 month FTC basis. Hours for this position are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
This is a varied and fast paced role involving extensive administrative support for a busy HR and recruitment team with duties including:
* Support the recruitment team with on boarding, leavers, reviews, sickness & holiday Management
* Support the L&D team with Induction training, training plans and training assessments
* Assist with Timesheet entry, and invoice processing
* Filing - electronic and paper
* Updating HR system
* Work on shared HR email inboxes
* Training administration
* Minute taking during meetings
* Any other HR administration required
This role would suit someone with:
* A solid administrative background
* An interest in developing a career within HR
* Somebody with CIPD Level 3
* Excellent communication skills
* An understanding of the need for confidentiality
* Strong administrative skills and an enjoyment of administration work
* A highly organised approach to work
* A meticulous attention to detail
* A great attitude and sense of humour
