A market leader in the industry is looking for an experienced Electronics Design Engineer to join a team of four in their Kent based office.
You will be capable of producing world-class designs for efficient manufacture in line with customer expectations and international standards whilst developing and completing your own electronic designs.
Enable the product design, modification and approval with regard to EMC as well as liaising with production to ensure good design whilst working alongside Quality Assurance to ensure continual improvement inline with ISO9001.
Military grade product design.
Electronic hardware design (including schematic and BoM).
PCB layout design including high speed video and military emc compliance.
Firmware design (embedded C / Visual Basic / C#)
Understanding of mechanical design factors.
Knowledge of military standards and ability to gain compliance and approval (emc and supporting electronic aspects environmental).
Ability to work accurately to short time scales.
