Sales Coordinator - Aylesford - £25,000 - £28,000
Our client is experiencing an exciting period of growth and is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team based in Aylesford.
Key responsibilities-
* Responsible for dealing with customer enquiries over the phone
* Manage and develop personal customer relationships
* Managing incoming enquires to the companies inbox
* Creating technical quotes for customers
* Checking and confirmation of quotes prior to the ordering process
* Processing quotations and orders
* Ad-Hoc tasks as required
Person Specification-
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with an understanding for customer requirements
* Enthusiasm, flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team is essential
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
