Solid 2nd line Support Experience
Office 365/SCCM
Video and Mobile Technologies
Hyper V Technology
Network Communications/ LAN/WAN
Active Directory
ITIL certification
They are looking for someone with the ability to build relationships with external 3rd party Suppliers - so solid communication skills are a must.
