Drylining Project Manager
£55K - £75K, Harrow

I am currently looking for a reliable project Manager to plan construction projects in drylining and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for budgeting, organisation, implementation and scheduling of the projects.
Responsibilities

* Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
* QA on all aspect of dryling works
* Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
* Corrdinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
* Ordering materials and equipment and track inventory
* Meet contractual conditions of performance
* Review the work progress on daily basis
* Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
* Provide look ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
* Analyse , manage and mitigate risks
* Ensure the best quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
* Hiring Sub-Contractors for drylining
* process wages forthrightly

Requirements

* At least 3 years working experience in construction management/ Drylining
* Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, and drylining means and methods
* Expert knowledge of best building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
* Be able to work under pressure
* Leadership and human resources management skills
* Knowalage in Microsoft software
* SMSTS/SSSTS
* CSCS
