Based at Kent's leading science park in Sandwich, you will work out of Discovery Park for our client.
This is a temporary opportunity to start immediately for 4-6 weeks initially.
Supporting an in-house team of six plus a team of colleagues 'on the road' you will be required to take up a multi-functional admin role.
Duties will include:
* Co-ordinating deliveries;
* Booking appointments;
* Diary management;
* Post, filing and scanning;
* Dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email;
* Arrange site visits;
* Logging jobs;
* Purchase orders;
* Dealing with quotes and terms.
It is essential that you have great IT skills and are a regular user of Microsoft package to include knowledge of Excel.
This is a part-time role offering 12 hours a week; four hours a day over three days a week with the need for flexibility.
You need to be motivated, organised, good humoured and able to work under pressure.
