We require a Purchasing Administrator for three months, working with a local highly reputable manufacturing company.
This role will give you the opportunity to use administration skills in a purchasing environment, reporting directly to a Global Manager helping in system processes to aid in achieving targets.
Tasks will include:
* Work from instruction and strategy document;
* Download drawings from the system;
* Create and send standard RFQ;
* Chase and ensure RFQ dead-line dates are met;
* Record data in excel and produce reports;
* Set-up SAP with new information records and source list;
* Populate sample database;
* Place orders and chase using SAP.
Skills
* Proficient in Excel - mandatory;
* Experience of SAP would be an advantage.
This is a temporary requirement to start immediately, offering full-time hours Monday to Friday.
