Service Desk Analyst



I am working with a UK company who are looking for someone to join their service desk team providing support across the company. The team deal with support to all users ensuring IT Incidents & Service Requests are either resolved remotely at point of contact or escalated to the correct team.



Required Skills and Experience

* Previous experience working within a service desk environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating Systems
* Knowledge of Active Directory, remote desktop services and Office365
* ITIL foundation a real advantage
