An exciting opportunity has a risen for a qualified Finance Business Partner to join a global and unique business based in North Kent.

Reporting into the CFO you will act as a Finance Business Partner to support the group whilst challenging and driving the business leadership to achieve company targets.

The successful candidate for this role will be a fully qualified and experienced Finance Business Partner who can actively influence day to day decisions, shape company strategy and support the direction of the business.

The ideal candidate will;

* have a recognised Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
* have over ten years experience working for a global company with a high turnover.
* have gained experience working within Service / Project Based / Construction / SI Business.
* be proficient with standard accountancy packages and Microsoft Office.

Skills required to be successful within this role;

* Support the Group globally to actively influence strategy and goals.
* Understand how to design and operate efficient procedures and processes.
* Understand all the components within a successful global business.
* Able to influence key stakeholders and management.
* Able to conduct key presentations to leading management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Forecasting / Budgeting the financial statements of their relevant business.
* Modelling complex deals with Sales / Presales to assist win rate and ensure accurate modelling of associated deal risks
* Analysis of the business to support Global Leaders and CFO.
* Commercial review of contracts to limit risk and maximise returns for the business.
* Analysis, interpretation and presentation of the financial performance of the Group.
* Build strong relationships across the organisation both within region and globally.
* Work with Accounting Team to ensure accurate and timely month end / Year End close.
* Providing the Finance Business Partner support to the Group.



Salary up to £100K.
